Capabilities Being a general contractor ourselves we understand what one would look for and expect out of a subcontractor. We feel this gives us a better working relationship with contractor that we have the opportunity to sub under. Serving as a subcontractor on a project we intend to make the contractor for that project be as successful as possible. We do this by completing all work in a timely and professional manner, by knowing the project in advance enabling us to submit minimal if any change orders, and by keeping a safe and clean work area.
